The Minemet group is a vertically integrated metals recycling company, offering full service metals collection, processing, and exporting.

We operate 4 companies (Allied Metals, Annex Metals, Highett Metal, and Minemet Australasia) across Australia and New Zealand.

With over 2 decades of experience, the group has capabilities across the scrap metal collection, processing, marketing and shipping components of the metal recycling value chain.

Our Model

Collection to export

More than 20 years ago, Minemet started with a focus on materials trading. As we've grown into new markets, we expanded our offering to cover the full lifecycle of metals recycling.

Collection

We collect from a broad range of suppliers and centralise the materials for processing at our facility.

Processing

We process both ferrous and non-ferrous materials (inc. steel, aluminium, copper, brass)

Exportation

We market and prepare the metals for export, then ship them to our customers in multiple international markets.
